The EBA Endrös-Baum team in Marseille expands, relocates and extends its competence to maritime law!

Since its creation in November 2019, the Marseille office of EBA Endrös-Baum Associés has been locally assisting its clients with claims relating to complex industrial processes, industrial constructions (power plants, industrial production sites), renewable energies, agri-food industries, medical devices and automotive/electromobility, electrical engineering, mechanical and naval construction etc...

Our new office is located at 112, rue Dragon in 13006 Marseille and its lawyers intervene in particular in these regions: Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Occitanie-Pyrénées-Méditérranée.

Vuslat TURGUT pursued all her legal studies internationally, completing them with an LL.M. in Germany. During her career, she specialized in industrial risk and international private law and handles cross-border cases in business law. She advises clients in French, German, English and Turkish, both in counseling and in litigation.

Jelena VUJOVIC joined EBA Endrös-Baum Associés and became part of the Marseille office in January 2023.

After her debut at EBA Endrös-Baum Associés in 2016, Jelena VUJOVIC practiced for three years in a maritime law firm in Marseille, where she acquired an expertise in maritime law, in particular maritime transport law and shipbuilding, thereby complementing her expertise in industrial risk and private international law. She speaks French, German, English, Serbian and Spanish.

The lawyers of our Marseille office work as a team with Florian ENDRÖS who divides his time between the Paris and Marseille offices. He handles cases in industrial risk, product liability, construction process, construction, subcontracting and insurance law and assists his clients in complex international proceedings with a renowned expertise. In recent years, he has significantly expanded his activity in extra-judicial methods of dispute resolution.
