In order to increase its activities in Germany, EBA Endrös-Baum Associés strengthen its Munich team with the arrival of a new German-trained lawyer, Sophia Vanessa Ballhausen.

Now as ever, our objective is to provide our clients with our legal and linguistic expertise as well as our local presence in Germany, in order to assist them both in the context of the development of their activities and in the resolution of disputes under German law.

This approach goes hand in hand with our commitment to safeguard our clients' economic interests in the search for adapted legal solutions.

All of our firm’s lawyers who are members of a German Bar Association ("Rechtsanwälte"), can appear before any German court of first and second instance without territorial limitation. Most of the communication with German courts is now done electronically.

In addition to their linguistic and intercultural skills, all of our Rechtsanwälte enjoyed a dual education in French law, enabling them to better inform our clients of the peculiarities of German law and civil procedure in Germany as compared to French law and civil procedure in France.
