Communication : Appointment of two partners
EBA Endrös-Baum Associés is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexandra Berbett and Jessika Da Ponte as partners in our Paris office. These appointments, effective 1 January 2025, will strengthen the firm's capabilities.
Alexandra Berbett is fluent in French, German and English. She handles complex cases involving industrial risks and product liability, particularly in relation to the energy and automotive sectors and environmental issues. Her international experience in both advisory and litigation work enables her to provide our clients with effective day-to-day support, while anticipating their needs.
Jessika Da Ponte is fluent in French, Portuguese and English. She advises French and foreign clients on complex cross-border industrial issues in all types of legal proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution, and has specialised in bodily injury and medical devices.
